Life After Harvard Benefits

stethoscope Harvard Medical Alumni Association
In Boston and around the world, HMS alumni—now 9,000 strong—continue to lead the medical profession. We encourage graduates to view the Harvard Medical Alumni Association as a valuable resource for making connections with one another not just during reunions but throughout their careers.

Continuing Medical Education Benefits
HMS is extending new continuing education benefits to its graduates through the Department of Continuing Education, in collaboration with the Harvard Medical Alumni Association.

Alumni Networking Opportunities
Post.Harvard offers HMS alumni a range of opportunities for making connections with other Harvard graduates as well as current students. The website also features discussion groups for HMS graduates. To access these—or to create a discussion group of your own—log onto Post.Harvard. Or you may want to learn 21 Ways to Connect with Other Harvard Docs through our Connect the Docs.

Alumni Events
HMS hosts annual events for alumni twice a year: In the spring, Alumni Week activities offer a range of programs, while in the fall, the Hollis L. Albright, MD ’31 Symposium highlights scientific initiatives at the School.

Alumni Debt Relief Programs
Financial aid opportunities do not end at graduation. To supplement the generous financial aid that alumni provide to students, HMS has established several programs aimed at alleviating debt after graduation as well.
